Criminal Division

The Criminal Division is responsible for prosecuting misdemeanors that occur in the City of Tempe. These crimes include violations of Arizona statutes and the Tempe City Code. Other services include:

    • Prosecuting traffic and criminal complaints, including DUI 
    • Providing victims of crimes services

Felony cases occurring within the City of Tempe are prosecuted by the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.
