The City of Tempe's Neighborhood Services Office serves to preserve and build community in neighborhoods by fostering engagement with the city and providing resources encouraging communication between community members. To help achieve this, Neighborhood Services manages a neighborhood grants program, oversees numerous, varied and robust public participation processes and maintains relationships with neighborhood, homeowners’ and affiliate associations that champion Tempe neighborhoods.
