Accessible Amenities:

*Accessible seating is available at various locations throughout the stadium. Tickets may be purchased in advance through the ticket office at 888-796-4256.

*Accessible ramp is located on the south side of the stadium and is accessible along the Stadium Courtyard sidewalk. Guests with disabilities can be dropped off at the grand entrance or left field gate of the stadium.  

*Parking areas for guests with disabilities are located on the west side of the stadium. Upon entry, vehicles displaying state-issued permits will be directed to the proper parking area.

Age Restrictions
Guests three (3) years of age, or older, must have a ticket to enter the stadium.

Alcoholic Beverages
No alcoholic beverages may be brought into Tempe Diablo Stadium.

Arizona law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Any fan under the age of 40 should be prepared to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcohol within Diablo Stadium.

Alcoholic beverages will not be sold after the completion of the 7th inning. Guests may not take alcoholic beverages out of the ballpark and consumption of alcoholic beverages in the parking lots is prohibited.

Animals
Animals are not permitted in Tempe Diablo Stadium, with the exception of certified service dogs for individuals with disabilities.

Autographs
Tempe Diablo Stadium staff is unable to accept merchandise to be autographed.

Fans are permitted to seek autographs from players along the railing between the dugout and the foul pole on both sides of the field up to 45 minutes prior to game time. At that time, fans will be asked to return to their assigned seats.

Please be considerate of other fans seated in these areas when seeking autographs. Fans may also visit the stadium from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. during non-game day practices.

Baby Diaper Changing Stations
All public restrooms throughout the stadium feature baby diaper changing stations.

Bags
Tempe Diablo Stadium prohibits all bags, backpacks and other carriers, with the following exceptions:

  • Purses/bags no larger than 12"x12", with a single zipper/flap closure.
  • Clear plastic/vinyl bags no larger than 12.75"x6.5"x12.75",  (with no interior, obscured pockets).
  • Medically necessary items.
  • Diaper bags necessary for an accompanying child.

Bags that do not meet the requirements must be returned to the patron's vehicle.

Ball in Play
Fans should refrain from walking up and down the aisles when the batter is in the box or the ball is in play. Please do not interfere with a ball in play.

Banners
Banners/signs are permitted, provided they are baseball-related and in good taste, as determined by the Tempe Diablo Stadium staff. They cannot be commercial, political or obscene in nature, or represent a disturbance or inconvenience to others.

Banner/signs may not be hung or displayed on any part of the playing field or in any way that obstructs another guest's view of the game, emergency exit signage or advertising signage. Banners and signs cannot be affixed to any ballpark wall, staff or pole. Banners cannot exceed 3' tall x 12' wide and must be made of fire retardant material. Diablo Stadium staff reserves the right to remove any banners/signs.

Beach Balls
For the safety of fans, players and employees, beach balls are not allowed inside Tempe Diablo Stadium. Fans who bring them into the stadium and/or inflate them during the game will be subject to ejection. Guests are asked to refrain from hitting/chasing beach balls.

Bicycle Parking
Bicycle racks are located on the south side of the stadium near the ticket office.

Blankets
Blankets and towels are permitted for lawn seating.

Bottles, Cans, Thermoses, Ice Chests
Bottles, cans, thermoses, ice chests or other hard containers of any size are not permitted.

Bullpens
The Angels' bullpen is located behind the right field wall. The visitor's bullpen is located down the left field line. Guest should not attempt to seek players' autographs after the game has started.

Cameras
Cameras are permitted within Tempe Diablo Stadium, provided they are for personal use and no game action is recorded, as required by Major League Baseball.

Professional equipment with zoom lenses measuring more than 6" in length are not allowed without proper media credentials.

Cashless Facility
Tempe Diablo Stadium is a cashless facility. Only debit/credit cards will be accepted throughout the stadium and parking lots. Please plan accordingly.

Cell Phones
Cell phones are permitted as long as their use does not interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game.

Chairs
Lawn chairs are not permitted for lawn seating.

Concessions
Legends Hospitality provides traditional baseball fare and beverages at five locations throughout the stadium.  Additional, specialty vendors are located on the left field plaza and right field patio.

Conduct
In an effort to provide a fun and safe experience for all fans, guests are asked to behave appropriately at all times, in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • Guests wearing clothing considered to be obscene/inappropriate, as determined by staff, will not be admitted into the stadium.
  • Guests smoking anywhere within the stadium will be subject to ejection.
  • Guests found to be intoxicated, using foul or abusive language or making inappropriate gestures will be subject to ejection.
  • Guests will not be allowed on the field, beyond the lawn fence line or in the player's parking lot at any time. Any guests entering these areas, interrupting play or chasing after a ball in a prohibited area may be ejected or cited for trespassing and subject to arrest.
  • Objects may  not be thrown or tossed into the seating area or onto the field at any time. Violators will be ejected immediately and my be subject to legal action.
  • Guests interfering with another guest's ability to enjoy the game will be subject to ejection.

Credit Cards
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards are accepted by the ticket office, concession stands and team shops.

Diablo Dollars 
Diablo Dollars are available for food and beverage purchases.  Contact Legends Hospitality at 480-858-7541 for details.

I-10 Westbound from Tucson & East Valley (Ahwatukee, Chandler)
Take I-10 West to exit # 153-B. Take left onto Broadway Rd. Take Broadway Rd. to 48th St. (2nd Light) and take a left onto 48th St. (South). Take 48th St. to Alameda Dr. (2nd Light) and take a left onto Alameda Dr. (East). General parking will be on the first left (West Side of Stadium) and event parking will be on the second left (East Side of Stadium).

I-10 Eastbound from the West Valley
Take I-10 East to exit # 153. Take right onto 48th St. Take 48th St. (South) to Alameda Dr. (3rd Light) and take a left onto Alameda Dr. (East). General parking will be on first left (West Side of Stadium) and event parking will be on the second left (East Side of Stadium).

Loop 101 from the West Valley (Peoria, Sun City, and Surprise)
Take Loop 101 South to I-10 East. Take I-10 East to exit # 153, take right onto 48th St. Take 48th St. (South) to Alameda Dr. (3rd Light) and take a left onto Alameda Dr. (East). General parking will be on first left (West Side of Stadium) and event parking will be on the second left (East Side of Stadium).

I-17 from the North Valley (Scottsdale, Carefree, Glendale)
Take I-17 South to I-10 East. Take I-10 East to exit # 153, take right onto 48th St. Take 48th St. (South) to Alameda Dr. (3rd Light) and take a left onto Alameda Dr. (East). General parking will be on first left (West Side of Stadium) and event parking will be on the second left (East Side of Stadium).

Highway 60 from the East Valley (Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert)
Take Highway 60 West to I-10 West (stay in right-hand lane), merge onto I-10 West and exit onto Broadway Rd. (Exit 153-B) Take left onto Broadway Rd. (West). Take Broadway Rd. to 48th St. (2nd Light) and take a left onto 48th St. (South). Take 48th St. to Alameda Dr. (2nd Light) and take a left onto Alameda Dr. (East). Loop 101 from Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Cave Creek
Take Loop 101 South to Highway 60 West. Take Hwy 60 West to I-10 West. (stay in right-hand lane), merge onto I-10 West and exit onto Broadway Rd. (Exit 153-B) Take left onto Broadway Rd. (West). Drones
Drones, also known as Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), are not permitted on, or above, Tempe Diablo Stadium property. This includes areas around or above the stadium, the surrounding parking lots and/or other parking lots in the immediate vicinity of the stadium.

Elevators
There are no public elevators in the stadium.

Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency, please follow directions from staff, public address announcements and safety personnel.

Firearms
No firearms or other weapons are allowed in Tempe Diablo Stadium. (ARS 13-3102)

First Aid
The first aid station is located behind Sections 11 & 12 on the main concourse.

Food (During Spring Training Games Only)*
Guests can bring food and drinks as follows:

  • Food in a clear, one-gallon size bag.
  • Food must resemble individual portions, not bulk quantities.
  • Factory-sealed, clear plastic bottles of unfrozen water/sports drinks (one liter per person), juice boxes and juice pouches.
  • Fruits must be sliced prior to entry.
  • Factory-sealed milk containers and baby formula for an accompanying child.

Food from outside restaurants and fast food franchises, or that does not meet the guidelines, will not be allowed into the stadium.

*This policy is specific to Spring Training games and does not apply to special events including, but not limited to, concerts, tours, corporate events etc.

Foul Balls
Fans should remain alert at all times as bats/balls have the potential to leave the field of play. Fans are welcome to keep foul balls which leave the field of play and enters the seating area. Fans interfering with a ball in play will be subject to ejection from the ballpark. Any fan that enters the ball of play in pursuit of a ball will be subject to arrest, fine, or imprisonment, under the harshest penalties of the law. In the event that a ball enters the seating area, please be cautious and courteous to those seated around you.

Gates
Gates will open 1 1/2 hours prior to game time. Must have a ticket to enter the game at all times.

Guest Relations/Operations Office
The Guest Relations/Operations Office is located behind Section 12.  

Internship Opportunities 
Applications for the Diablo Stadium internship program are accepted during the month of September. Email  jerryhalljr@tempe.gov to request an application.

Lost & Found
Guest who have lost, or found, personal items should visit the Guest Relations/Operations Office located behind Section 12. The office can be reached on non-game days by calling 480-350-5265.

Lost Children
Upon entering, children should be reminded to contact a Tempe Diablo Stadium staff member should they be separated from their party. To report a lost child, please visit the Guest Relations/Operations Office, located behind Section 12.

Lost Tickets
If tickets are lost, replacement tickets may be issued at the sole discretion of the Angels ticket office. A deposit for the full face value of the tickets may be required. The deposit will be returned only when the unused (replaced) tickets are returned to the ticket office. Replacement tickets will be issued only to the season ticket holder of record and nor more than two (2) sets of these tickets will be issued per account, per season. Tickets that are stolen will be replaced at no charge provided the Angels ticket office receives a copy of the police report detaining the exact seat location and game date of the stolen tickets.

Noisemakers
Noisemakers, of any type, or musical instruments are not allowed in the stadium. (Exceptions may include "Halo Sticks" or other Angels team-issued items.)

Paging
Paging is not permitted except in emergency cases that are considered to be life-threatening.

Parking
Tempe Diablo Stadium parking lots open approximately 2 hours prior to the start of all home games. Guests can enter both the west and east lots via Alameda Dr. Both lots are open to the public on practice days, in which a game will not be played at in the stadium. The parking fee for gamedays is $10 per vehicle. Please note the following regulations:

  1. Oversized vehicles longer than 20 ft. will be charged an additional $30 fee for entry.
  2. Vehicles may not occupy more than one (1) parking space.
  3. Vehicles must be parked in marked stalls. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas will be cited/towed.
  4. Only approved gas/propane barbecue grills with fuel valve turnoffs can be used. Charcoal is not allowed.
  5. Alcohol consumption in the parking lot is illegal.
  6. Overnight parking is prohibited.
  7. Selling/soliciting in the parking lot is prohibited.
  8. Tailgating is only allowed in general, non-preferred, parking areas
  9. In and out parking is not allowed.

Pay Phones
Public pay phones are not available in the stadium.

Picnic Area
Tables and chairs on the east patio can accommodate guests with lawn tickets with a comfortable, shady place to sit while they enjoy a bite to eat.

Press Box
Access is limited to those with proper Tempe Diablo Stadium, media or Major League Baseball credentials.

Radios
Hand-held radios are permitted with the stadium as long as they do not interfere with another fan's enjoyment of the game.  Tempe Diablo Stadium staff reserves the right to ask a fan to discontinue the use of such devices at any time.

Rainout Policy
The Ticket Office will exchange for a future game.  Refunds will be issue at later date.  Ticket stubs must be retained for a future refund.

Ramp
The ramp, used for entering the ballpark, is located on the south side of the stadium and is accessible along the Stadium Courtyard sidewalk.

Re-admittance
Guests may re-enter the park by presenting a valid ticket and a valid hand stamp, issued by a Tempe Diablo Stadium staff member.

Recycling
Recycling bins are located throughout the stadium for your convenience.

Restrooms
Restrooms are located throughout the stadium on the main concourse level. All restrooms are accessible and feature diaper changing stations. Women's restrooms include bench seating for nursing mothers.

Rideshare
Drop-off and pickup up for rideshares users will be located just outside of the Alameda Dr. entrance to the west parking lot. There will be visible, directional signs for both drivers and passengers. Drop off and pick up will not be allowed inside of the west parking lot.

Scoreboard Messages
Please visit guest services, before the 4th inning, to submit a request for a message to be displayed on the scoreboard.

Service Animals
Service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are welcome at Tempe Diablo Stadium, provided they are under the control of their handler at all times.

Smoking/Vaping
Smoking is prohibited in Tempe Diablo Stadium. (ARS 22-50)

Souvenirs
There are three (3) Angels Team Stores located throughout the stadium. They are open only during all home games and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on practice days.

Strollers
Strollers are allowed as long as they accompany an infant. (All strollers are subject to search.)

Sunscreen
Sunscreen can be purchased in the Angels team stores.

Taxi Service
Guests in need of a taxi are asked to visit the Guests Relations/Operations Office behind Section 12.

Ticket Requirements
All guests, 3 years of age and older, must obtain a valid ticket upon entry to the ballpark for each individual game day.  Children must be seated in the same section as their parents or guardian.  Ticket stubs must be retained throughout the game.  Failure to produce a valid ticket upon the request of a Tempe Diablo Stadium Staff member is grounds for immediate ejection.

Ticket Resales
Resale of tickets within 200 feet of Tempe Diablo Stadium Complex property is prohibited. (ARS 13-3718)

Umbrellas
Umbrellas are not permitted in the stadium.

Water
One 1-liter plastic, factory-sealed, unfrozen, bottle of water is allowed per person.

Wheelchairs
Diablo Stadium has a limited number of wheelchairs available to transport guests to their seats. Please visit the Guest Relations/Operations Office behind Section 12 for assistance. (See Accessible Amenities regarding seating areas.)

Will Call
Visit the box office, located at the bottom of the grand entrance staircase (to the right) to pick up tickets held in will call.  Tickets left at will call will be released only to the person whose name appears on the will call envelope.  Identification in the form of a picture I.D. will be required before tickets will be released.
