H. Alleys. Screening requirements along alleys shall be the same as for land use buffers, See Section 4-706(D), except when alley access is allowed by use permit per Section 4- 502(F)(2).

A common example:

A common violation for this code is a property with an alley that does not have enough trees to constitute an appropriate buffer. The violation in this scenario is not having an approved buffer to separate residential and commercial uses.
