E. Display Prohibited. Landscaped areas shall not be used for parking of vehicles, display of merchandise or other uses detrimental to the landscape improvements.

A common violation for this code is a property displaying vehicles for sale on their landscape areas. The violation in this scenario is having something displayed on the landscape that is detrimental to that landscape.
