The City is exploring a large-scale traffic calming project along Hardy Drive between Baseline and Guadalupe roads. In response to residents’ concerns about vehicle speed, safety, traffic volume, and noise, the City has prepared alternatives for the corridor. The proposed improvements may include medians, removal of center left turn lanes, bicycle enhancements, pedestrian enhancements, and landscaping. Public meetings were held Sept. 12, 2024.
